Hot Pirates Football Club is a community-driven sports organisation based in Huntington, Mpumalanga,
on the doorstep of the Greater Kruger National Park.
Founded to create opportunities for young people in one of South Africa’s rural communities,
the club has become a place where talent, discipline and hope come together.
Today, Hot Pirates provides a safe environment for more than 80 young people, competing in football and netball across different age groups.
It is a place to belong.
A place to learn discipline.
A place to dream.
Thanks to the support of our donors, we were able to give the Hot Pirates a professional boost. We provided:
Official uniforms: The boys now shine in complete kits, allowing them to step onto the pitch with their heads held high.
Football boots & balls: No more sore feet, but firm grip to score those goals.
Motivation: By investing in their sport, we show them that they are seen. That they matter.

The best part of this project? It doesn’t stop at the final whistle. By supporting the Hot Pirates, we keep young people motivated to stay on the right path. They learn discipline, teamwork, and respect. Sports build character, and at Happy Feet(s), we’re happy to help build that foundation.
Every time we see the pictures of the smiling faces in their new shirts, we know why we’re here. The Hot Pirates are ready for the next competition, and we’ll keep cheering them on from the sidelines.
With every season, more young players join the club and new opportunities emerge. But alongside the sporting success come practical challenges: transport to tournaments, maintaining the playing field, training equipment and creating a safe environment for players to develop.
